The Last Competitive Advantage AI Can't Copy
AI can run your business. It cannot save it when judgment runs out.
I've been watching founders automate themselves out of the most valuable part of their business without realizing it.
They're building impressive AI stacks that handle everything: outbound sequences, client inquiries, follow-ups, research, etc…
The systems work beautifully.
The relationships are dying slowly.
…because when everything runs through agents, the thing that actually separates you from competitors, your judgment, gets buried under outputs that need reviewing instead of decisions that need making.
There's one competitive advantage AI genuinely cannot replicate, and most founders are systematically removing it from their business architecture.
This is a core tenet of the Human-Optimized business model.
It's most likely obvious by now that I'm an enormous proponent of AI and a strong believer in what it will do for us moving forward.
However, the winners will be those who structure their AI use to amplify their human differentiation and value.
No matter what shiny object is presented to us, we must keep this idea of a human-optimized business model at the core of every decision we make.
Otherwise, we're just another cog in the machine.
This is the way.
