I've taught it for years, mostly through keynotes and workshops.

But I’ve never packaged it. Never put a name on it and offer it as a service.

It is just how I work… how I’ve built and rebuilt every company I've touched. Agency Nation. Metabolic. Rogue Risk.

It's time.

The world is getting loud. AI is rewriting how work gets done, faster than anyone's prepared for.

No one wants to get left behind, while no one wants to make a big mistake either…

Business feels chaotic. It’s difficult to tell opportunity from obstacle in a landscape that is moving so fast.

Most leaders will respond by trying to do more.

More hours. More tools. More noise.

That's the trap.

There's only one way to thrive in a moment like this. Stop doing the work you're merely capable of and build your business, team, and life around the work you were made for.

I call this the Easy Mode Method.

Winners in the Age of AI will have one thing in common: the discipline to protect the thing they do better than anyone else.

…by building systems, processes, and workflows to support the “Easy Mode” of each individual team member in their company.

I lived in Hard Mode for years.

Activity-driven. Working harder over longer hours, while the math got worse…

My energy suffered. My relationship suffered. My work product suffered.

I was a slave to the next task.

My growth as a person and as a leader plateaued…and so did my results.

So I rebuilt how I work….

I trained my teams on what I then called “Human-optimized business model,” which I now call Easy Mode.

Easy Mode is the high-performance activity you can do all day, which looks like cheating to everyone else.

Operating in my Easy Mode and, more importantly, getting my team to operate in their Easy Mode as often as possible is the unlock to 10x growth.

  • It’s how we grew Agency Nation to over 500,000 eyeballs in 2017 and attracted more than 825 attendees to the Elevate 2018 conference.

  • It’s how we grew Metabolic Meltdown’s fitness client base for 2,000 members to over 3,100 members in 10 months in 2019.

  • It’s how we grew Rogue Risk from a scratch insurance agency to over $690,000 in revenue in 3 years, during COVID, on a bootstrap budget.

  • It’s how we grew the Finding Peak podcast to over 200,000 downloads a month and to a consistent top rank on Apple in the Business and Entrepreneur categories, starting in 2025.

Now, for the first time, I'm offering the Easy Mode Method as private coaching.

Think of it as “Human-optimized growth strategy.”

For now, to do this well, I can only take on a few people at a time.

I’m opening up three spots.

If your business feels stuck, if you're frustrated or confused about what to do next, or simply want to level up growth, let's talk.

One call. We find out together whether working together is the right next move…

I’m launching this coaching program because I believe it's the best way to lever up results in the Age of AI.

I'd be honored to walk the path with you.

This is the way.

Hanley

P.S. If you're still chasing your first idea, this isn't for you, and I won't waste your time pretending otherwise. But if you've already built something real and you can feel you're carrying the wrong weight... that's exactly who I created the Easy Mode Method for.
